I have had the pleasure of working with The Painting Company in the capacity of On-Site Property Manager for Fairwinds Condos of Annapolis.  We had a unit that was flooded in our Community and The Painting Company came to our rescue.  They came on site the day they were called to give us an estimate for the work.  They had the estimate back to us within a couple of hours.  They were awarded the job and came out the next morning to start working on the unit.

Their men were very thorough and worked diligently and steady through the whole process.  They went above and beyond the call of duty in all aspects of the job.  When asked to do something, they just went ahead and did it; no objections, no complaining. 

Chris Sage & Jorge Saenz were both very professional and responsive.  Whenever they were called, they responded very quickly and took care of any needs.  They were excellent with all of the customers that they came in contact with and very sensitive to their needs.

I look forward to working with The Painting Company in the future and I would give them high reviews in all areas.  It was a pleasure working with them both in person and on the phone when necessary.
