Experience
I began my career in home improvement as a Student Painter while attending The University of Maryland Business School in 1992. I then spent the next 8 years working up the ranks of Student Painters to become Vice President of Maryland Operations.  In January of 2000 I founded Studentbiz.net to continue the tradition of training college students in the art of running a house painting company.  In the fall of 2002 Studentbiz.net became The Painting Company and the company transitioned from a student based company to one that worked with only seasoned professionals.  The company has grown to become the most successful residential house painting company in Maryland, DC , and Northern Virginia.

As VP of Operations Calvin personally trains all of our Sales Rep's & Branch Managers in The Painting Company systems, and he also ensures that TPC's 99% customer satisfaction rating is maintained with our customers.

 Bridget was an All-American Volleyball player and graduated with a Business Administration degree from Lees-McRae College.  As Executive VP her responsibility's include CFO duties, Human Resource duties, and Executive assitent to the CEO.
